Junior Web Designer

Treatspace is looking for a high-energy, Junior Web Designer to help the implementation and customer success team in creating, maintaining and updating websites for our customers. This newly created Customer Support Website Designer role offers the right candidate the opportunity to use their design thinking and execution skills to design and build websites for medical practices across the country, using our custom-built proprietary content management system that functions similar to Wix or Squarespace. 

What you’ll bring: 

  • 1+ year of professional design experience and/or a recent graduate from a design program
  • Passionate about designing and storytelling
  • Hands-on experience with 
    • Graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite,  Canva, Figma) 
    • Content management systems (Wordpress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, etc.)
  • Demonstrated understanding of 
    • UI/UX principles, web trends, standards, and best practices
    • Color theory and image composition
    • Search engine optimization principles
  • Proven ability to define and execute integrated campaigns, and track and evaluate results
  • Being a customer advocate who goes above and beyond for the customer
  • Desire to collaborate and build consensus in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
  • Ability to drive results under pressure

As a creative designer, you will work cross functionally with:

  • The design team to find ways to make each medical practice’s websites look unique and aesthetically pleasing while using the SEO-formatted content layout
  • The implementation team to gather and implement web design requests coming from the customers during onboarding. You will develop a strong pulse of the needs of the customers based on interaction and submitted cases
  • The customer success team to provide ongoing support, optimization and perform content updates
  • The SEO team to make sure the design requirements align with the search engine optimization requirements
  • The engineering team to ideate and streamline the site creation process to improve the functionality of our proprietary high-performance content management system

In this role, you will be responsible for: 

  • Making sure the Treatspace brand and reputation are upheld by providing world class service to our customers
  • Maintaining strict adherence to meet our Service Level Agreements and implementation timelines
  • Developing expertise on our product, our customer needs, and best practices for website design, search optimization and digital marketing, focused on medical practices throughout the country
  • Achieving a workflow that includes close communication with the customer support team and other departments in order to achieve the key performance metrics
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving the daily, monthly, and quarterly goals, assigned to your team by the leadership
